Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've had this laptop for about 7 months now and I've started to hear grinding noises from inside the laptop. When I lift up the laptop it sort reduces it but its still there. I have an audio recording of it. [personal information removed]

I have a feeling its something about the fan. I haven't done much with the laptop and I haven't damaged it physically.
