Hi,

One moment everything fine next moment absolutely nothing. Laptop won't boot or charge.

I have tried all the suggested troubleshooting, replaced battery, trying different power supplies, different wall sockets, even hard reset, but nothing.

There is no sign of life.

My thought was possibly the internal psu, but having read all the forums it's quite evident that's its the motherboard that's blown.

This appears to have a specific fault.

I understand it is outside the standard warranty, but if this is a known fault.. (which it sounds like it with all these other users with the exact same fault) I expect this to be corrected FOC.

Can you please advise how I escalate this fault for a repair.

Thanks

John
