Common problems for Battery
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about: Battery Reports, Hold a charge, Test and Calibrating Battery . Check out this link: Is your notebook plugged in and not charging?

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Today suddenly my battery decided not to charge while the laptop was running. If it's plugged in, it doesn't decline, but it also doesn't increase. However, when it's off, it charges like normal. I've tried most of the internet options, involving uninstalling battery stuff in my devices, holding the power button, on and off, even let it run to 0% and charged it back up again. Any ideas?
