Product: HP Elitebook 840 G6

It suddenly not opening and i thought the battery just drained. So i tried plugging the charger. However, there's no any indicator that it is charging.

I thought the charger is defective. But i already got the replacement, still same status. 

Could you give me an advise what else i should do before panicking? 

I cant work because of this..😥

This is company issued machine so i dont dare to do do anything on it. 

But maybe you could give me any workaround  for the meantime. 

This is the first time i am using a laptop. So i dont know what else to check.
