Laptop not turning on, drive light blinking

HP Recommended
Pavilion 17 G120DS
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Laptop had been off for approximately a day, attempted to turn on and it started making a faint beeping noise and would not boot up at all. Sounds like it was attempting to but something was stopping it. Noticed that the drive light was continuously blinking Amber while the faint beeping was occurring.

Already tried taking the battery out and holding down the power button and that didn’t work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
