I have a problem my laptop is bringing that one of the cooling fans is not working and I can not enter the bios to check the problem , the message is as shown below. Help please

If your notebook is not in warranty you have a few options:   (these options are  only if you feel that you are technically competent enough to open and make minor repairs to your notebook, otherwise take it to a notebook shop)

 

If you do not hear the fan running at all, replacing the fan would be a good plan.

 

You can use PC air in a can  or low pressure air (less than 10 psi) to clean the intake and exhaust vents

 

If that does not work then, removing the old thermal paste and applying new thermal paste should resolve the issue.
