Hello, I have problem that laptop has cooling issues. I'm using laptop with cooler stand but anyways my CPU is getting over 100 degrees and GPU over 90 degrees when trying to play games etc. And when this happens laptop shut downs. I live in Turkey and I want to send my laptop to customer service to change thermal paste and clean laptops inside and cooler kit.
