Hello, 

 

Over the past few weeks my HP Laptop has been physically breaking where the right corner meets the arm of the laptop. Attempting to close the laptop makes the bottom panel pop off and the casing connecting the screen to the base pull up. It also seems to be affecting Internet connectivity, I did not do anything that would cause this problem and looking online it seems that this is a manufacturing defect . This is very upsetting that it would break now as my warranty expired about a month ago.             I made a thread the other day on here but have not gotten any responses. Calling HP leads me to get disconnected when connecting to the laptop department as people are off work from the coranavirus. Any help would be appreciated.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.

 

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.
