I was purchased my new HP Envy laptop on 24 November 2016. And I found something wrong with its body, on the right side the body is not fit enough but the left side is in good condition. It never drops or hit the floor, just use it on a desk. Also, it affects my touchpad when I use it, it has some sound from that right side body. Oh and I heard some sound of "e" button when I use it. Sorry for my bad English, I don't know how to explain clearly but I have the picture of both sides to prove and my bill.
Thanks in advance
