My hp laptop - HP Envy 11th gen i9 processor, working fine since 4 years...Now few months back it started restarting on its own. I took it to service center and made it clean the motherboard etc., overheating and melting issues were found. Then after that 20 days it worked fine but now it started shutting down again..

I want to diagnose is it motherboard issue or software issue .... Also i took help from hp hardware support and run test it passed. I could not find the problem. Please look into this deeply. Thanks

If a plastic part melted, there is a significant heating problem.  The service center should have replaced the thermal paste on the CPU and verified the fans were spinning properly.

I recommend you get a  laptop cooler.

and prevent your CPU from running in turbo mode.

Enter the phrase "edit power plan" in the window search box
Then select the Advanced tab

To keep the CPU from overheating , consider
using %99 instead of %100.
if this is a gaming system then the game hub overrides that power setting.
Make the change in the game hub.
