Hi!

My laptop shuts off when I unplug the power brick and it cant be powered back on until I plug it back in. I can`t even boot to bios nor any lights blink when unplugged, so I guess it's not a windows issue. The laptop is 3 years old, but just 3 days ago battery held 2 hours of charge no problem, so I don't think it could have degraded so fast. The battery shows up as 100% charged in windows and the hp support assistant shows that the battery health is ok. Is there anything I can do myself to fix this issue?
