Hello.

For quite some time, I've got issue with notebook, which without the reason turns off immediately. It's not caused by overheating and all the drivers are up to date. Because of this, I needed to repair the motherboard - power management chip has been replaced, however it didn't fixed the cause.

Any suggestions?

Regards

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is shutting down randomly.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Is the computer shutting down when the AC adapter is connected or in battery mode?

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

Hi,

It happens only when ac adapter is connected, however I come to realize, that it may be cause by current fluctuations in the network. I've bought UPS, but it is line-interactive and from what I've heard, it won't help when fluctuations are high or for longer period of time.

I will try to update the BIOS, but I already did that few months ago and it did not fix the problem.

Sorry for bad English, I'm not native speaker

If it is due to power fluctuations then I suggest you use a stabilizer and check. Also, update the BIOS and test once.
