Hello,
First off, I would like to say thank you for reading this post. So I currently have a HP Omen Gaming Laptop (15 In) and I was wondering if it is possible to display whatever is on my laptop to TWO monitors(dual)? I feel like the laptop screen is too small for school work/gaming so I feel like having a dual monitor is better just for me to multi-task/ fill my gaming needs.
That being said, what do I need in order to make it work? My graphic card is
- NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1050 Ti (4 GB GDDR5 dedicated)
- Discrete
and the only port on my laptop is a HDMI/USB port. If I use a HDMI to connect to one desktop and a display port to connect one desktop to another desktop using hdmi again, would it work?
Also, what kind of desktop should I get the get the BEST graphics/ visuals while not getting bad frames?
( I play fortnite, league, steam games, etcetc.)
Here is my laptop: https://support.hp.com/my-en/document/c05421569
THANK YOU IF YOU CAN HELP ME, I am a noob at all this, but I really want to learn more about this so if I said anything wrong/ doesn't make sense, I am open to discussions!

Sorry, but is it unclear what you really want to do.
At first, it looks like you want to connect two different monitors to your laptop, one to the HDMI port and the other to the Display port. And while this SHOULD work, I do not know for a fact that it will -- so if you don't already own the two monitors, then purchase them from somewhere that will give you a full refund if they do not work.
Also, in Win10, you need to right-click on the display symbol on the bottom-right corner of the screen, select Project, and once there, select the option to Extend your display to the other screens.
But then ... you talk about connecting one desktop to another -- as in desktop PCs? You can't user another PC as a display device for this PC, so if that is what you are asking, it can't be done (in general).

Sorry for being unclear, I meant monitors, not desktop** haha, and yeah I will definitely give it a try. Hopefully it would work...
Is there any recommended monitors I should get/ that will allow me to get good frames when I play game and good for me to do school work?
