Product: Pavillion 14ce0501na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My laptop will only work/turn on if plugged in to the charger. The battery says its at 0% despite being plugged in for a while. As soon as the charger is unplugged, the laptop shuts down immediately.

This is a battery issue. I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the battery replacement.
