Product: Pavilion 15-da0048nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a hp Pavilion 15 that I purchased last year while I was working at my former job. The last month or two there has been a problem with it charging. It will charge when off but not when I’m using it. I’ve searched various forums and have gotten answers from uninstall then reinstall the battery drivers and remove the battery all the way to replace the ac jack port. It seems that there is no clear answer so I am reaching out here. Can anyone help me or give me some proper suggestions?
