Bonjour, depuis que j'ai fait installer Windows 10 sur mon PC Portable HP Pavilion dvd7, j'ai quelques soucis...

J'ai réinstallé via mon lecteur DVD des logiciels de montage Pinnacle (Studio 10, Studio HD 15 Ultimate, Studio 17 puis téléchargé Studio 24, compatible Windows 10). Et, depuis, lorsque j'insère un CD (Rom, audio,...) ou un DVD (rom, ram, audio...) rien ne se passe. Dans le gestionnaire de périphériques, je vois bien qu'il y a un problème puisqu'il y a un triangle et "!" en regard du lecteur (Le lecteur graveur est un HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA - T30L). Lorsque je clicke droit, propriétés, un message :"

Windows ne peut pas charger le pilote de périphérique de ce matériel. Ce pilote est peut-être endommagé ou absent. (Code 39)

Nom d’objet introuvable." et lorsque je vais dans l'onglet "Pilote" puis "Détails du pilote" il y avait deux adresses dont "C\Windows\SysWOW64\ASAPI64.sys". Cette dernière adresse a disparue te le fichier correspondant n'existe plus. Windows update me dit que mon PC est à jour....

Bonjour et merci d'accepter de répondre à cette nouvelle demande.

Avant d'installer W10 , je pouvais importer mes films DV et VHS sur mon logiciel Pinnacle Studio HD 15 via la connexion FireWire IEEE 1394 entre mon magnétoscope JVC HR DVS1MS et mon PC (équipé d'une entrée FireWire).

Pensant que cela pouvait provenir de l'incompatibilité entre le logiciel Studio HD15 et W10, j'ai fais l'acquisition du dernier logiciel Pinnacle Studio 24. Problème identique.

Merci d'avance de votre aide éventuelle.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you with that problem because I have no experience with either firewire transfers or the Pinnacle Studio software you are using.

 

You may want to contact the Pinnacle Studio support team and see if someone has any suggestions for you to try.
