Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Pavilion au-628tx laptop left hinge broke and the left corner is cracked and bulging. The laptop was not dropped or fell. This is essentially a design flaw from HP, also mentioned in previous issue: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/Left-Hinge-Broken-Corner-of-La... . My laptop's extended warranty period recentl ended and this crack developed before it. Earlier, a small crack developed and the screw fell for which I complained but received no response from HP. But now, the issue is unbearable. The laptop costed me a good amount and this is entirely the fault of design as I have used it with due care. I was not aware about this issue before and how it becomes such a problem later.  I not at all expected such a poor quality product from HP shelling huge amount of money. Please help.

Thank you in advance.
