Hello,
My HP Envy laptop left hinge broke and the left corner is cracked and bulging. The laptop was not dropped or fell. When I open and close the laptop the hinge is shifting and then seperating lower case from the upper case. The screw from the lower case are falling off and I am not able to close and open the laptop properly. The warranty is expired on this laptop. Please help.
Thank you in advance.

Since the laptop is out of warranty you have a two options and neither is inexpensive.
You can attempt to replace the broken parts and repair it yourself or you can have it done at a laptop repair shop.
If you would like information on the parts required, you will need to identify your laptop in your next reply.

My laptop is under warranty, also this seems to be a common and widely known issue with regards the to the hp envy laptops, so why does customer have to bear the cost of a design flaw or poor design and manufacturing from HP for the laptop? This issue has been brought up in this forum in the past and has gotten the satisfactory solution it deserved from HP or solving this issue, without customer having to bear the expensive repair cost. Can attach the thread link, so do let me know if you could offer me a better and valid solution knowing that the product is prone to this due to its inherent flaws.

Just so you know, in your very first post you said that the laptop was out of warranty. Those were your words, not mine.
Unless you purchased one of the care packages for your laptop that covered any issue, the factory warranty would not cover what you described. That type of damage is considered to be customer induced.
Here is a link to the HP PartSurfer.
The Maintenance & Service guide for your laptops model series
Put the serial number in it and you will see the HP part numbers for all parts that can be ordered specifically for your laptop.
Here is the product number search for your laptop's product number in the part Surfer.

It would help if you posted images of the damage. That would give me the ability to see exactly what is required to return your laptop to its original condition.
Please do not post a single image close up. It would not give me the perspective that I need to examine the laptop.
From your description, at a minimum, the Hinge kit and the Hinge cap. The Base Enclosure and keyboard (top cover), if also damaged. will be needed. An image would give me a better perspective on the parts required.
