HP ENVY 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-ch1000 IDS Base Model

I purchased an HP Envy Laptop - 17t-ch100 on 3-24-2022 from the HP Student sales program . Most of the time I rest the laptop on my lap while I sit on the couch. The problem I'm having is that the left mouse, which is in the touchpad, sticks down. I had warranty service done four times at an authorized HP service center for this problem. On 8-2-2022, they readjusted the touchpad retention bracket. On 8-7-2022, they corrected frame alignment. On 8-15-2022, they replaced the keyboard and touchpad. From 11-21-2022 to 11-23-2022 the service center ran HP diagnostics, pcdr extended, memtest, gsmart extended and malwarebytes. On 11-25-2022, I went to the service center to pick up the laptop, tested it on the counter, and found that the problem was not corrected. I asked for a manager and he worked with me. He duplicated the sticky mouse button, but he said there is nothing he can do.  He advised me to work with HP. What can HP do to resolve this problem?
