Product: HP LAPTOP 14-DQ0002DX

My computer is off for warranty repair. I called and did troubleshooting 9 days ago, sent my computer in the same day I got the shipping box from HP and got a text this morning indicating that there will be an additional 2 month delay with the repair. I've been getting the runaround in getting a loaner. Multiple disconnected phone calls, several online chats and broken promises. Does anyone have advice on how I can get a loaner or somehow expedite the repair on my computer which is being held hostage?

Sorry, but the answer to both of these is no.  HP does not provide loaner laptops.  There is no way to expedite your repair because there is a queue of PCs being repaired and bumping yours to the front is not possible.
