My Power Cord is fine I just want a longer one for me HP ENVY - 17-u275cl.  I know I've seen these around but can't seem to find one now that I need one.  I don't need the power brick side just need the longer cord.  The number on the cord I have now is: 213349-009 HPI 5117

And HP Should no, I detest those cheap cords and have lost all respect for HP for putting these stupid short power cords on there upper end pc's!!!!!  An Absolutely disgusting practice to be so cheap!

A normal machine has a 1.8m power cord. If you wish a longer one you can buy from a good electrical shop in your country.  All qualified electricians should be able to make longer/shorter power cords to suit your need.
