My laptop has been turning off whenever I would try to start it without it being plugged into an outlet. The laptop would be left charging for an hour or two and it would show my laptop as fully charged, but then would turn off almost instantly. When I would try to restart it, it would not turn on without being plugged in and the battery would show as being depleted. Eventually, when I would try to start it, an error message saying that I needed to replace my battery popped up. I am looking for a replacement battery so I can correct this issue, but if anyone has some other solutions I would appreciate it. Thank you.

What is your HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15m-cp0xxx  ?  Based on manual of the series (page 15), it uses  (3-cell, 52-WHr, 4.55-AHr, Li-ion, includes cable) part # L09281-855 which is N/A from HP
