Hi

I have HP Laptop 15-bs0xx , only 2 years ago i bought it and now I'm facing a lot of problem with its parts . Its hinges have a breakage and it is also affecting bezel. I spent a lot of money to buy it. I have not expected this type of low quality material from hp products. Now i think that i would have not bought this laptop as I have to spend a lot of money for its repair only. Its warranty is also expired and I don't want to spend money for low quality product. Please help me to solve this problem. 

I request you either replace my product with new one or repair it for free.

I have had my HP laptop for three years and have just run into the hinge failure causing separation of the lid case and bezel. I would like HP to contact me and escalate this case.
