Lower Left Hinge broken on Laptop
08-07-2020 06:20 PM

My HP Laptop 15-bs0xx laptop left hinge broke and the left corner is cracked. I have never dropped or broken this laptop. When I open and close my laptop the left hinge shifts and makes a clicking sound. The hinge case has separated pulling the front and back of the screen casing apart making it so I can not close or open the laptop without riping the screen in two. I believe that the warranty has expired on my laptop. Please help!

From the link you gave me the only option to contact support that I can see is to make a new post on the community support which you said is currently limited. The other option I see is the HP Service Center Locator which does not allow me to simply contact the Support Engineers. Maybe I am doing something wrong bu tI would greatly appreciate some more help.
Thanks
