Here's the Service Manual:
The answer is "yes". See pages 3 and 44. The M.2 is accessible through the easy access service door. It only takes SATA type M.2 disks not the faster NVME/PCIe kind so post back if that raises any questions. The 256 gig and 128 gig sizes mentioned in the Manual are not limitations but picking out M.2 disks can be a bit confusing.

Aclually the answer is "NO" because 455 G4 supports M.2 SATA SSD only with special M.2-to-SATA adapter and there is no separate M.2 socket in this notebook:
HP ProBook 455 G4 Y8B17EA
But HP ProBook 450 G4 (Y7Z89EA) for example equipped with separate M.2 SATA socket so user easily can install two storage devices simultaneously.
