HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14m-ba0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop has an M.2 slot, but I couldn't find anything on the manual that led me to a compatible m.2 SSD. I believe its SATA but not sure about the maximum storage capacity.

It supports M.2 SATA SSD drives. The manual shows 2 preinstalled options

Dual storage configurations:

  • 1-TB, 5400-rpm, 7.2-mm hard drive with 128-GB solid-state drive with TLC
  • 500-GB, 5400-rpm, 7.0-mm hard drive with 128-GB solid-state drive with TLC

You can use larger (capacity) M.2 SSD drive. The max is huge but practically 512GB or 1TB is the way to go.

Regards.
