Hi,
On page 2 of the Maintenance and Service Guide on the following link indicates your machine can have dual storage option:
Dual storage configurations:
● 1-TB + 256 GB M.2 SATA SSD (TLC)
● 4-TB: 2-TB (5400-rpm) x 2

The answer is yes. Please read the manual and get more information.
Pleasew note: This work is for Authorized Service Provider parts only Which implies void warranty if something went wrong. Why you did not order option 1 in the first place, much cheaper and safer.
