Any idea about availability of M.2 slot in HP 15q bu040tu?

It should be there and supports M.2 SATA-3 SSD's.

Thanks for reply, I was curious if anyone tried installing m.2 SSD?

there's mention of m.2 slot in service guide, theres also mention of dual storage for non Pentium devices however i'm not sure if wifi module's working on same slot or theres's separate dedicated slot for that? 

if you are aware of the situation please let me know.
