Hi, I would like to ask if my laptop supports m.2 SSD and what is the possible ram upgrade for this device?

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

 

Maintenance and Service Guide HP 14 Laptop PC

 

Chapter 1 has the supported drive types.

 

According to the manual, your notebook has a M.2 slot that supports both NVMe and SATA SSD's.

 

NVMe SSD's have faster read/write speeds than SATA SSD's have.
