I want to know weather my laptop has m2 slot available for upgrade.

Hi,

The service manual does mention an M2 slot with support for M2 SATA3 storage such as the M2 Samsung 860 Evo or similar. However, you should remove the bottom cover and take a look if the physical slot is present on motherboard, as sometimes the slot is missing in notebooks that did not come with M2 SSD.

On page 45 of service manual you can see the steps to remove the bottom cover

So if the slot is there you can install an M2 SATA3 SSD of your desired capacity. (no limit)

You will need to install the OS on the SSD for performance gain.
