MAX RAM on ENVY x360 - 15-ds0013ca

HP Recommended
HP ENVY x360 - 15-ds0013ca
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to upgrade RAM on my HP ENVY x360 - 15-ds0013ca

the service manual: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06267280

says that the max RAM supported is (16 GB).

but the  Crucial memory report: https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/envy-x360-15-ds0013ca

 says it is (32 GB).

how can I be sure if I can get 32GB?

thank you

@Bero-bero Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you would like to increase the memory.

I have also checked the manual.

Your product Support for up to 16-GB of system memory in the following conƭgurations

 16384-MB (8-GB × 2 pieces) and 8192-MB (4-GB × 2 pieces)

It will not support 32GB memory.
