The machine [personal information removed] which was delivered to HP authorized maintenance station on November 26, 2016, and the expiration date of the machine was November 28, 2016.Therefore, the mainboard broke down during the warranty period. However, as the machine is an overseas machine, there are no spare parts for maintenance in China. Please contact the purchasing country to try to solve the problem.Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

I am fans of COMPAQ 20+ years ago, so when I have a trip to USA, I bought a newest edition laptop MODEL:  SPECTURE x360 13-AE012DX to fulfill my dream of enjoying HP’s high quality service, but my nightmare came with this SPECTRE.

On 26 NOV 2018, When I sent my SPECTRE for warranty within the warranty period,  HP service center(Room: 3A53, BAINAOHUI computer city, Guangzhou, China)checked the laptop and confirmed they could repair it free of charge. I thought I am right to always choose HP products for decades, it’s worth of my trust.

On 29 NOV 2018, I received a delay notice from WECHAT, they confirmed the next contacting time will be on 6 DEC 2018. But they broke promise, until 13 DEC 2018, I received a email from MS. ZHAO SHAN(she named herself as top executive for China Customer Relations Team) as above-mentioned, I tried many time to contact with her by telephone and email, but she just did not explain how I can enjoy warranty in USA after the warranty expire for the reason of  their delaying repair.

I tried many time to contact with HP USA by facebook , but no answer.
