Product: Pavilion Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My laptop has been trying to update the windows 10 update for a few days and always fails. I have tried troubleshooting and in the end it just tells me "HP Pavilion notebook-BIOS needs to be upgraded before you can upgrade to windows 10" And then it tells me to manually uninstall it.  How do I do this

I noted that this has already been answered but it was for a different product number
