My Laptop current  config

Intel i5 8250u 1.8 - Hdd 1TB - Ram 8GB DDR4 2400 - Graphics Card : 4 GB GeForce® MX130

In user manual say in max  daul storage config

256GB SSD + 1TB HDD

Any danger if put 512GB SSD + 1TB HDD in my laptop

None. The Manual simply catalogues the configurations HP techs will find in the field; i.e. that hardware HP sold on the laptop originally. There is no maximum capacity for SATA or NVME disks other than what is available to buy. 4 TB SSDs and 2 TB HDDs are readily available and would work and anything smaller.
