Hi:

 

Yes, you can upgrade your notebook to 2 x 8 GB of DDR4-3200 memory but you will need to remove both 4 GB memory chips to do that.

 

Below is the link to the user guides page where you can find the memory removal and replacement procedure in the Maintenance and Service Guide.  I believe your notebook uses the same manual as the models listed in the service guide.
