Was just wondering if there is a chance i could upgrade the memory from 8Gb (2 x 4 GB) to at least 16GB ( 2 x 8GB)?

Hi:
Actually, you can install as much as 2 x 16 GB of memory in your notebook.
See chapter 1 of the manual that has a file size of 8.79 MB for the memory upgrade info.

Your notebook has a newer processor than those listed in the manual, so it uses DDR4-3200 memory.

Thanks for that info Paul, I have one last question, non-memory related. Can i upgrade the graphics card (GTX 1650 4GB)?
Also, any recommendations on what exact RAM I should get?

You're very welcome.
The GPU is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded unless you replace the motherboard and since HP doesn't have the current service manual available, I have no idea what other motherboards were offered.
Suffice it to say, an upgraded motherboard would probably cost more than you paid for the notebook making such an upgrade an extremely poor return on investment.
This is the recommended and compatible memory for your notebook.
