According to chapter 1 of the service manual, your notebook having an Intel Celeron processor, only supports 1 x 4 GB of memory, so you are already at the max.

 

HP 15 Notebook PC Maintenance and Service Guide

 

Intel indicates the processor will support 8 GB of memory but there could be some limitation HP put in the BIOS.
