Hello!

I have been a few years using this pc, but I need more RAM, so I would like to know what's the max limit RAM.

At the moment I have 4GB, but I need more since I am in a design career.

Thank you!

The maximum installed memory is 12GB, but that is difficult to achieve unless purchased with 12GB installed by HP.

8192 MB (8192 MB×1 or 4096 MB×2) is guaranteed compatible memory is the best you are going to be able to get.

I highly recommend replacing your notebook with one more powerful if you are in a career that involves design programs that are memory and processor intensive. The one you have is a bit too many past generations  and is quite limited by memory (8GB Max) and processor (1800Mhz) capability.
