HP 250 G1 Notebook PC

I have HP 250 G1 Notebook PC and i want to upgrade the RAM, but while identifying the maximum RAM capacity in my laptop i was found shocking results, in device manual/Internet and in between CMD was that, in Manual/Internet the maximum RAM capacity shows 8GB but in CMD it shows me 16GB .

And then I run Crucial Scan for buying suggested RAM module and it also shows me 8GB.

So, why CMD shows me that and what can i follow CMD or Crucial scanned result, device manual.

Please suggest me about it, because it is very necessary for me.

Hi:

What model processor does your notebook have?

If it is one of the 3rd generation Intel core processors, it should support 2 x 8 GB of DDR3L-1600 memory.
