Example: Pavilion x360 15-cr0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone, I am planning to upgrade RAM of my HP Pavilion x360 15-cr0xxx and cannot find the info on maximum supported limit. Currently, there is only one - 8GB DDR4 SODIMM is installed.

Thanks

Hi:

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

The memory upgrade info can be found in chapter 1.

I disagree with the 12 GB max.  You should be able to install a second 8 GB module in the empty memory slot.

If you look at Chapter 5 of the manual, pages 36 & 37, there is a metal shield that covers the memory modules, so the memory will not be visible when you open the notebook.

Hello Paul! thanks for your comment. I am ordering one 8GB DDR4 for this upgrade 🙂
