pavilion 15-cc0006nk
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello, I have an  hp pavilion 15-cc0006nk and I want to upgrade the memory but I don' know the maximum memory my computer can support.

I looked for that information in the internet and found some websites claims that cc0006nk supports 32GB while others only 16GB.

Please help I need a confirmation asap.

Hi,

I am assuming that the model is 15-cc006nk and not 15-cc0006nk

The notebook supports max 32GB of DDR4 2400MHz RAM (2x16GB) even if service manual mentions 16GB

There are two slots and at the moment you have one 8GB module installed. The RAM will run at 2133MHz.

You can purchase from your preferred brand such as Crucial, Samsung...

On page 44 of the service manual, you can see the steps to upgrade RAM.

Hope it helps,
