Quería saber si soporta 16 gb de memoria RAM..
También si se le puede agregar una placa de video..
Tiene soporte este producto , sigue en vigencia ?

Hey there! @gonzalojeremias, Thanks for stopping by HP forums!

 

I understand you would like to know if your PC support 16GB RAM.

 

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

 

I have checked the specifications of your laptop and it does support memory till 16GB.

 

You have to use 8GB, 2 memory cards (RAM) in two memory slots.

 

You cannot upgrade the graphics card on your PC as the graphics card is built on to system board and is not customer accessible part.

 

Refer the product user guide for more information.
