Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

How in the world do I find the amount of memory my laptop is able to run? I am only finding 1 ram slot that currently has a 4gb  stick in it and am wanting to upgrade to an 8gb memory stick but I have no idea if my model is able to expand to that much? If that makes sense....The manual said to make sure you can upgrade to that much but I can't find a place that specifies the memory on this one? It is a HP 15-bs134wm

@kcox0925,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to know the maximum supported memory on your computer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I checked the specifications of your computer and the maximum supported memory on your computer is 4GB.

Please refer to the below service guide (Page 3) for more information.
