Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Try to upgrade memory current memory on my laptop is 2 - 4GB Hynix 2400MHZ

Having difficulty finding same or compatible memory.  Crucial app returns "no match".

TIA for your help.

Your notebook has support for support for  a maximum of 16 GB of DDR4-2400, 1.2V system memory.

 

The HP part number for compatible 8 GB memory modules is 937236-855

reference document  is the Maintenance & Service guide (Ch 3, pg 17)
