DESKTOP-62D8SC9 - I recently downgraded from Window's 11 to Windows 10 but now it keeps crashing and saying many different error codes, but the consistant one with the tests I ran say I have a memory problem and to contact the manufacturer. My Warrenty is expired, I really need a working computer for my shooling. Help!

You need to replace the defective memory chip.
Below is the link to the service manual:
Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)
You may as well replace the failed 4 GB memory chip with an 8 GB memory chip and make the work worth your while.
