If it passes the steps, then HP is not going to replace it.
If it fails the steps, then you will need to contact HP to see about getting the keyboard replaced.

I've found those links to be unreliable if you're using Win10 and the new Edge Browser; so if you are, you need to use something else, like FireFox.
