Mi laptop no funciona en su máximo rendimiento cuando recién lo inicio

Hola buenas, tengo un problema que vengo acarreando hace arto tiempo y es que mi laptop hp victus 15 fa1003la i5-12500h rtx 4050 no funciona en su máximo rendimiento cuando lo inicio, lo tengo que usar unas horas y después ahí tiene un rendimiento constante, hice todo lo posible actualize drivers, bios, restaure sistema de fabrica, optimizacion, ya no se que más hacer para tener un rendimiento constante, tengo unas temperaturas excelentes, pero de rendimiento CONSTANTE nada. Ayúdenme porfavor.
