Hey HP-Community, 

 

i lost a few screws of the backside of my laptop. In the replacement shop i dont find anything that is useful.

Has anyone an idea about which screws i need and which i have to buy?

Hi,

The screw kit for your notebook has part number 856382-001

If you search online with part number your should be able to find (all screws used in notebook)

Example

https://www.ebay.com/itm/856382-001-Hp-Screws-Kit-15-AU000NR-15-AU030WM-15-AU023CL-15-AU018WM/153216...

 

On page 30 of service manual you can see back cover and the screws which are Philips 2x5. So you could search online or local computer shop for Philips Screw 2x5

Example:
