HP Notebook 17-ca0016ds

What motherboard model goes in a HP 17-ca0016ds Notebook? My search on Virtual Agent could only find info on desktops?! Thanks

@paXnic

No, HP does not use something called model for motherboarda on notebooks. HP use System board Part numbers on newer machines. The specs of your machine is

     https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06474278

It has System board part #  L22720-601 which contains

  • Motherboard,
  • CPU which is  AMD A9-9425 Dual-Core (3.1 GHz base frequency, up to 3.7 GHz burst frequency, 1 MB cache)
  • Integrated AMD Radeon™ R5 Graphics
  • Windows 10 Home 64 license (you can't reuse old license)

All above 4 components are on one piece of hardware called System board

Regards.
