So I bought this laptop a couple years back and was talked in to getting it by friends and family over another brand. Assuming that since the price tag on it was over 2 Grand, I said to myself hey go for it, it has to be a decent quality computer. I used the laptop to surf the internet for about a year and decided to go back to college. As soon as Covid came, I began to rely on my laptop since school is now online and this is when it decided to fail me!! I don’t know what to do and where to go but seeing all the calls for a recall seems about right. I paid over $2000 for a laptop and all I get is a year and a half of light use out of it? Come on HP!

I reviewed your post and I understand that the motherboard on the computer is brunt.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you contact support and they will assist you in this regard.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

So coincidently after I make contact with HP and finalize everything in order to get my computer fixed, an hour later I get contacted about reaching out? I did all that, and I am out $400 for a mistake I had nothing to do with. I just hope that yall fix the computer and I don't have any other Issues with that laptop for a long time. Maybe a better discount should be considered.
